GOP Presidential candidate John McCain, once again manages to turn heads with his brutal honesty. In a recent interview, McCain stated that he wouldn't approve of a Muslim President.
"I admire the Islam. There's a lot of good principles in it," he said. "But I just have to say in all candor that since this nation was founded primarily on Christian principles, personally, I prefer someone who I know who has a solid grounding in my faith."
Ironically...McCain says he wouldn't be opposed to having a Mormon President...You my friend, is whats wrong with America.

Never in a million years!...Highly impossible. They'll bounce back...It Can't Be. Wow... Those few phrases sum up the last few games of the New York Mets season.
In a crushing blow to the organization, the Florida Marlins eliminated any hopes of The Mets seeing October, with a 7-run 1st inning that could signal the end of Tom Glavine's career (and many others). 8-1 read the final score as Mets fans cleared Shea Stadium jeering.
An embarassing end to a story perfect season in which The Mets raced into September with a 7 game lead in the division. The New York Mets are currently Public Enemy #1

The city's Yellow Taxi fleet will sport a new look in celebration of it's 100th anniversary. Cabs will be adorned with futuristically bolder letters while still paying homage to their history with a checkered finish.
