Pending Gov. Spitzer's imminent resignation, Lt. Governor David Patterson, is next in line to succeed as Governor, making him New York's first Black Governor.That's a great first to get out of the way, come on it's 2008. A Black Governor and a Black President? It's been long overdue. More information on this as soon as Spitzer mans up and resigns.
