President George Bush has some memorable blunders during public appearances, but none top his most recent, which if it had not been for mics sitting on a table, would have never made it to your living room.

During the final day of the G-8 summit meeting, Bush was lunching with world leaders, and making airplane small-talk with some. As Bush and Prime Minister Blair carried on about a gift Blair gave our President on his 60th birthday, an apparently bored President, carried on with his personal opinions about the current Mid-East crisis.

"...See, the irony is what they need to do is get Syria to get Hezbollah to stop doing this shit and it's over."

"What about Kofi Annan? I don't like the sequence of it. His attitude is basically cease-fire and everything else happens."

"I feel like telling Kofi to get on the phone with Assad and make something happen."

The most interesting and hilarious moment came during an apparent conversation Bush had with an aide, regarding his speech at the summit:

No, I’m just going to make it up. I’m not going to talk too damn long like the rest of them. Some of these guys talk too long.”

Big media companies are going to milk this for all its worth, some are going to find a way to side with Bush, others are going to sell papers just by goofing the President, but the bottom line is that there are countries at war presently, and if our leader doesn't find any ethical interest in the day-to-day operation of international affairs, then its more than obvious that we are in trouble. It's shameful to see how our leader conducts himself during foreign appearances, remember, he is representing us whenever he shows his face.
