Red Carpet

The Big Lebowski, 1998's cult-classic comedy film, starring Jeff Bridges, has inspired an online-church, a speaking tour, and even a drinking game, but New York is about to elevate him to iconic status. On December 15th, and 16th, Lebowski Fest will pay homage to the Dude.

The two-day event will take place at NorthSix in Brooklyn and Cozy Bowl in Queens. For info on Lebowski Fest, call (502) 583-9290 or go to LebowskiFest.com.

NY Police shooting spurs rapper's response.

We found out that Tracy Morgan was dis-invited to the lighting ceremony at the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree, after Bloomberg was scheduled to take the stage with the comedian. Morgan was recently arrested and charged with DUI, his second in 11 months...obviously the mayor knows who he keeps company.
