5 Yr Old Handcuffed In School
How could any legally-sane adult come to the conclusion that placing a 5-yr-old under arrest is acceptable? This incident raises alot of red flags about our legal system as a whole.
"The child assaulted the assistant principal...slapped the assistant principal"
Amazing. Add a looming recession, and this NYPD debacle, and it seems to me that morale is at an all time low in this state, if not the country.
Update: School officials place 10-yr old student under arrest. smh.
