Naked Cowboy of Times Square to sue M&M
Robert Burck aka the Naked Cowboy Of New York is up in arms over an eerily similar M&M avatar displayed in Times Square. Pictured above, the M&M obviously resembles Mr. Burck's alter ego. Burck has launched a $6 million lawsuit aimed at Mars, Inc, for trademark infringement. Sweet. Read More
