Former Saturday Night Live Regular, Tracy Morgan, was arrested on drunken driving charges, earlier today. The Comedian was stopped around 4:30am while driving on the Henry Hudson Parkway near West 158th Street.

Officers said Morgan reeked of alcohol, and failed a breathalyzer, He was then arraigned on charges of driving while intoxicated and driving while impaired. After appearing before a Manhattan Judge, Morgan was released without having to post bail, but was ordered to turn over his driver's license. The judge scheduled a Jan. 4 hearing "for a possible disposition."
