" It Doesn't Add Up To 50 Shots "

Sean Bell should've been honey-mooning right now with wife-to-be, Nicole Paultre, instead he's at the center of a boiling situation after cops used what Mayor Bloomberg reffered to as "excessive" and "unexplainable" force in letting off over 50 shots, after Bell left his bachelor party, resulting in his death and injuring 2 male acquaintances.

The story so far, remains at officers shooting because they "believed" bell and his 2 friends [one his best man] were carrying a gun, which later turned out to be false. Where the confusion begins is, why did it take over 50 bullets to subdue 3 unarmed men? Why were these men later put in cuffs? As if one would be able to survive a barrage of bullets and still be able to retaliate!

"First, I would start by not referring to them as officers. They are murderers. They are not officers," a sobby Nicole Paultre told Power 105.1's "Egypt and Ashy in the Morning."

The media paints a picture of a Black family that's crying racial profiling...NO! This is about an American family that's crying foul, over police using brute force to pursue a man who had no idea he had attracted the attention of the police, who were undercover. John Podhoretz, a columnist for the NY Post, blasted the Reverend Al Sharpton, who he reffered to as a "race-baiting cop haters who emerge whenever a tragic incident allows them to pick up a megaphone and seek to promote racial discord for fun, profit and media attention".

Podhertz even comes after Mayor Bloomberg, for criticizing police officers responsible for the parade of bullets. "Bloomberg did exactly that: He made it clear he thinks the police officers were in the wrong even though there's no clear evidence yet that they were". This guy is clearly into his job so much that he fails to realize that these are actual human beings, not just an exclusive story. Read his entire column here. I think everyone should contact the NY Post and offer them a piece of mind [their e-mail is letters@nypost.com (refer to ReachNYC.com) ].
